Well, I am getting my ducks in a row for grad school. I have a portfolio that I am happy with. Although, I have to tweek my videos to cut down on time and what not.

I am SO very excited.

I just made pineapple upside down cake. I don't know why, I just wanted some cake.
I'm cooking more often now and I seem to really enjoy it. I've always been good at it, but never had the time or money to really do it on a regular basis... until now. YAY!!

Cool, I'm taking my last art class this summer actually, then I hope to teach it eventually.
